The Shakys joined forces with the Bath Music Jam this week, since we were not able to meet at Michigan Energy Options. The Bath Music Jam meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 5959 Park Lake Road, Bath, MI at 6:30 PM. Light refreshments are available for a small donation. All musicians are welcome and a “round robin” format is used. Mike Ross is the emcee.

Winter’s icy blast could not keep away 14 faithful Shakys and one listener last night. It was an inpromptu four-string banjo reunion of sorts with 5 banjoists happily filling out the rhythm section, keeping the fiddlers in line.
